The ability for clients to log directly into their booking and make payments has been of huge benefit to us and our clients. We’ve used this method for two years, each year more clients use this option to make their payment as they can make the payment at a time that suits them, without the need of a phone call. The client receives an automatic transaction receipt from Adventure Engine, which eliminates the need for us to be involved in the process.

Three years ago the government introduced the need for us to give Advance Passenger Information to the airline, the clients are able to log into their booking and leave their passport details, for each member of their party, without us getting involved. Adventure Engine makes this process easy and the reports give us the information in a format that can be uploaded into the Airline’s system.
