Fixed, ongoing maintenance and support fees based on number of system users and external agents start at $199/month.
This is a full tour management system designed for DMC’s, wholesalers, custom FIT and group tour operators. You have a network of vendors/suppliers, clients, and agents and this system will track costs, margins, profits, supplier activity on top of all the basic reservation functions in Sherpa. Quotes can be built using your contracted vendor rates and bookings tentatively held until confirmation. Your agents and direct customers can manage their own information as well as set up payments according to your deposit and final payment rules. You can also perform all the work internally within your office without have any online access from clients or agents. This will produce vouchers and keep track of all your payables to vendors.
