Options for Availability Searches
1. Display date & event description instead of full calendar if you only offer a few a year.
2. Show start and end for ‘variable duration’ daily rentals or nightly room rates.

Cut-off Control for Online Bookings
You have been asking for the ability to better control online bookings that are made at the last minute. Now for each Tour/Event/Product you offer, you can set a cut-off prior to departure time by days or hours. When you set cut-off you can tell the system to either
1 – accept the booking but process as tentative
2 – do not allow the booking to continue but instead pop up your own message such as “we do not accept online bookings less than 24 hours before start. Please call us at 1-800-993-6648”

- Set multiple balance due dates with auto email reminder to go out with each.

- Set bookings to be “tentative – subject to confirmation”.
- Copy same payment options to multiple trips saving programming time.

- Simplified Item Create
Create items easily with the new item create page (label, price, Q). Then go back and edit advanced rules such as tax, volume discounts, seasonal pricing, min/max and more later if you need to.
