Adventure Engine is pleased to announce our latest version release 1.4.3 rolling today that includes some great development! There have been many changes to smooth processes for both you and your customer, however below is a summary of the changes that you may be interested in:
1. Virtual terminal tab is now called “Process a Sale”
2. New payment page in online shopping carts. This page is cleaner and combines two older pages into one. The customer create form that required an extra click is now gone and customers are automatically created after the 1st page of cart. This will allow you better tracking tools and managing shopping cart abandonment.
*Please note that for this change we strongly recommend that first name, last name, and email be added to each tour for the first guest/participant. See the “Managing Fields and Questions” manual in the Documentation & Help tab for more information on this, or contact us and we can help!

3. Customize required credit card fields – if your merchant account processor does not require certain fields, then we can make these fields non-required or remove from the credit card page. For example, if you are not using AVS (address verification) then you don’t need address fields to be required. Please contact us if you would like to make any of these changes.
4. Filter reports after they’re created – once a report is run, if it has customer tour question fields or advanced fields, you can now filter the report to see only a certain advanced field or tour question answer.
5. Users and agent tour assignments – if you are using users and/or agents, when you create a new tour you will be automatically asked what users/agents are allowed to see and book the new tour.
6. New tab called MY DOCUMENTS inside of tour > additional info tab – this gives you an easier interface to load and format additional info, messages, t&c’s and other info to include in purchase receipts, pre trip final reminders, post trip feedback emails and more.
7. Order statement now shows TODAY’s date and ORDER date at top right of document.
8. Removed all the required fields in the agent create box in the MY AGENTS tab
9. New CREDIT CARD STORAGE module. Capture card info and save it to the credit card storage vault. Pull the card info later and apply to payments, process pre-authorizations and more. Tag card numbers to each guest in a booking to easily pull and process balance payments. Totally secure and PCI compliant. This module is a functionality upgrade and subject to a one time activation fee.
